67 classes each week for all ages and fitness levels. We have classes in our members only FB group, We are following all safety pre-cautions to keep our member safe in our clean space. You will mask in, around, and out of the center. We encourage you to bring in your own equipment, but do have community weights and mats. If you use our equipment we have cleaning stations for you to wipe down after class. Read more
